• Web application
• Mobile applications
• APIs and related services

(collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by Bellgo Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, India, with its registered office at:

47 Green Park, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India

("Bellgo", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

Bellgo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP platform designed for educational institutions to manage:

• Student records
• Attendance
• Academic operations
• Communication
• Administrative workflows

Bellgo does not operate as a marketplace and does not sell goods.

3. User Roles

The Platform is used by:

• Institutions (schools/colleges)
• Administrators
• Teachers
• Students
• Parents/guardians

Access is granted only through institution authorization.

4. Data Ownership & Role

• The institution owns all data uploaded or generated on the Platform.
• Bellgo acts as a data processor/service provider.
• We process data strictly based on instructions from the institution.

5. Account Responsibility

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under their account

Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt or misuse system services
• Upload harmful or illegal content

7. Location Tracking & Consent

The Platform may include features that enable real-time location tracking of faculty or staff members during working hours.

By using such features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your location data may be collected from the time of check-in until check-out, as configured by your institution.
• Location data is collected only during active working sessions (check-in to check-out) and is not collected continuously in the background outside of these periods.

This data is used solely for:

• Attendance tracking
• Work verification
• Institutional monitoring

Location tracking is performed only with your explicit consent and device permissions. The institution (your employer/organization) is responsible for enabling and managing such tracking features.

Bellgo acts solely as a technology provider and shall not be responsible for how institutions interpret or use such data within their internal policies.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Institutions may subscribe to Bellgo services via agreed pricing plans
• Bellgo may facilitate payment collection on behalf of institutions
• Bellgo is not responsible for disputes between institution and payer (e.g., parents)

9. Intellectual Property

All rights related to:

• Software
• Design
• Branding
• Content

are owned by Bellgo.

No user acquires ownership rights.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures including:

• Encryption
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls

However, no system is completely risk-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bellgo shall not be liable for:

• Data inaccuracies entered by institutions
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• If Terms are violated
• If required by law
• If subscription is inactive

Institutions may request data export before termination.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet failures
• Government actions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of India.
